How does VOIP PBX System works?
A VOIP PBX works by using the internet to establish a connection to Encoo's servers, once the connection is established, incoming calls are passed from Encoo's servers to the PBX, from here the PBX then follows it's internal rules for routing that call. Similarly, outbound calls are passed from the PBX to Encoo's servers which then make the call out.
