Our hosted PBX package gives you a fully featured phone system without the costly outlay of traditional telephony equipment. You may either purchase VOIP handsets from Encoo, or bring your own, our hosted packages support up to a total of 10 handsets per account across multiple locations.
Using your existing office or home internet connection the handsets will be connected back to a fully managed PBX system, hosted in our world class datacentre. All calls between handsets on the Hosted System are free, regardless of location. For example, if you had an office in Melbourne, and another in Sydney, when a user in Melbourne wants to speak with a user in Sydney, the call is free. With the same scenario, all PBX features are available across locations at no additional cost, so transferring a call from Melbourne to Sydney, is done with the touch of a button.
